About Gemstone Grotto
Gemstone Grotto takes you deep underground, where glittering rubies, sapphires, emeralds and topaz wait in glowing crystal caverns. Swap two adjacent gems to form a row of three and they shatter into sparkles; build longer chains to forge power gems. Four in a line gives a striped gem with arrows that fires across its row or column, an L or T shape forges a pulsing gem that detonates twice, and five in a line creates a rainbow gem that zaps every stone of one colour at once. This mine is built around blockers: rows of timber crates bound with iron bands and chains, gems sealed under one or two layers of ice, and stubborn rock patterns that force you to plan your cascades. Sixty levels spread over five caverns ask you to break every crate, free every frozen gem, collect quotas of a colour or carry gold coins down to the mine floor. Clever combos are the key: swap a striped gem with a pulsing one to blast three rows and three columns, or two rainbow gems to clear the whole board. Leftover moves become a finale of exploding gems, and three-star runs reward careful, efficient play.
How to play
Swap two neighbouring gems by dragging (or tap one gem, then the next). Match 3 or more of the same colour; 4, 5 and L/T shapes create power gems. Complete the goals shown on the left before your moves run out. Keyboard: arrows and Space.
